Abstract
The Big Four Bulletin is a weekly current awareness bulletin which presents abstracts from major research articles in the big four medical journals, together with full-text links to the related articles. The journals included are: the British Medical Journal (BMJ); Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA); The Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM). Produced by the Current Awareness Team at Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Library & Knowledge Service.
