The Big Four Bulletin is produced by Suzanne Toft (Assistant Librarian) and Richard Clint (Library Assistant) at Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Library and Knowledge Service.
The Bulletin is produced weekly and aims to alert clinicians to major trials, original articles and reviews published in the big four journals - BMJ, JAMA, New England Journal of Medicine and The Lancet.
The bulletin can be downloaded in PDF format by opening the attachments at the bottom of this page.
Subscribe to the bulletin as an email alert via the CASH Portal.
Readers may also be interested in the Journal Junkie website, where they can download or podcast audio content from JAMA, The Lancet, NEJM and more. Those who prefer their journal reviews light hearted and/or interspersed with poetry and plant rearing tips are sure to find something of use at Dr. Richard Lehman's Journal Watch site. Note that the coverage at each of these sites varies slightly from that of the Big Four Bulletin.
