A toolkit is currently being produced to help organisations systematically deliver the SHA ambition to ‘Make Every Contact Count’(MECC). We are keen that this toolkit is as useful as possible to those implementing MECC and has everything needed to support organisations to ‘Make Every Contact Count’.
FEEDBACK REQUESTED: We would value your opinions on this draft toolkit. Please note that this is still in draft format and is only being circulated to selected recipients.
