Utilisation Review
Snapshot Review
Our expert clinical review and change team will work collaboratively with your organisation to understand pressures in the healthcare system and produce detailed scope for a review to take place.
Using InterQual, our expert team will review patients admitted, continued stay and are ready for discharge, and will provide leadership and support for transformations recommended into a live change programme.
Onsite review usually lasts for between 7 – 10 days, depending on the number of clinical areas included within the review, and analysis of the review usually takes up to 2 weeks. Typically and end to end snapshot review process takes 9 weeks.
A comprehensive, quantitative and qualative report is produced which identifies gaps in levels of care and provides recommendations for commissioners, clinicians and service improvement leads.
