Path Links - Managing change across organisations to deliver quality and reduce cost:  This session considered how to effectively plan and implement change across organisations, build a strategic direction, build consensus around the change plan, the advantages of lean management systems and practicalities of implementing and sustaining this, with worked examples. “111 and the Chocolate Bar” – innovating in urgent and emergency call handling: This session set out the journey of the 111 programme which intends to deliver integrated telephone access for emergency and urgent care needs.
