Technological Innovation
Technological changes can make a tremendous impact on healthcare and improve ways of working for staff.  This category is for service changes or specific work where technology has positively helped either directly, in supporting healthcare or indirectly, by supporting staff to improve care to patients, service users and carers.

You need to show that:

  • You have the evidence that change was required

  • You have used the technology to support healthcare

  • You have demonstrated how this change took place

  • You have monitored and evaluated the effectiveness of the impact of the technology
