The work in this category shows a creative approach to reorganising teams and restructuring roles.  You will have ensured that people development has enhanced the service to patients, service users and carers, making the most of our most valuable asset – our staff.

 

You will need to show that:

 

  • You have measured and evaluated the improved use of resources.
  • You have measured and evaluated the effectiveness of the new service delivery.
  • You have created and enhanced career pathways and succession opportunities.
  • Your approach will contribute to improved recruitment and retention within the NHS.
  • You have worked with partners (cross professional/cross organisational) to promote learning and development opportunities and share experiences.
  • You have consulted patients and service users in the redesign of roles.
