Call for abstracts
The closing date for the submission of abstracts has now passed. We invited you to tell us about the pieces of work that you are involved in that are making a difference to services in healthcare across Trent. The 270 abstracts submitted are entered into one of 7 categories and these were showcased at the two day event.
Awards process
All abstracts were also entered for an NHS in Trent Award. Finalists in this awards process were announced at the end of the event on 23rd March and winners will be announced during a celebratory awards ceremony to be held on 25th May 2006. This is Trent's way of giving recognition for the excellence of your service and raise the profile of your work. Over the past two years we have seen many outstanding service developments that have gone on to further success nationally. Follow this link to see who the finalists are.
I hope you will agree that the event was a huge success. A hearty congratulations and thank you to all who showcased their work!
