-
To provide an opportunity for those working towards qualifications time and support to work through assignments and questions
-
To enable people to achieve their KSF outlines
WORKSHOPS AND COURSES
· Workshops and courses will be aimed at anyone that has a specific interest in service improvement
· Each workshop/course will have a maximum of 20 participants; participants will be selected on a first come first serve basis provided they fulfil all other criteria
· Participants will be asked to bring a real live scenario/project to the course; this will enable attendees to apply their learning to their everyday practice
· Participants should have a clear understanding of the objectives they want to achieve before attending a Headspace course
· Participants should have commitment from their line managers to attend the course and then apply learning to the real live situation in their work place
· Participants will be asked to feedback to course facilitators on how they have applied their learning to improve the services they deliver
· Occasionally participants may be asked to write case studies or produce posters in partnership with CCU staff to showcase their learning and achievements
