Over the past few months, we have been working with our social care colleagues to identify, celebrate and support improvement and innovation across the East Midlands.
In this 60th Anniversary year of the NHS we have the opportunity to reward not only excellence in healthcare and the promotion of good health, but also to reflect and encourage examples of strong partnership working across the voluntary, charity and independent sectors.
The Award categories for this year are wide ranging and reflect the many different ways in which people can contribute to the delivery of the East Midlands five promises:
• Improved health & reduced inequalities
• A better patient experience
• Safety and quality
• Convenient, accessible services
• Value for money
