Information collection and use
Contact and additional details you supply as part of the registration process are stored by us and used to provide information requested by you.  It is password protected and stored within the Members' Directory for the use of members of The Improvement Network, for knowledge collaborative purposes. 

Information which you send to us through this website will be treated as follows:

1) We will keep it no longer than we reasonably believe is necessary.
2) We will use it only for the purpose for which you sent it

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive while they are visiting a particular website. It contains simple information about the user's identity but no personal information.  When the user closes their browser, the cookie is destroyed.

At present www.tin.nhs.uk only uses cookies whilst you are viewing the site. As soon as the session is complete, the cookie file is deleted.

We use our records of the pages users have visited on www.tin.nhs.uk  to analyse trends, administer the site and track users' movements. Our records do not contain any personal information about users.

The Improvement Network - East Midlands' site contains links to other websites, both those of government departments and of other organisations.
